Our courses are led by Founder Vanessa O’Sullivan — a highly skilled, deeply intuitive and richly experienced Systematic Kinesiologist and Tutor with over 25 years in complementary health. Vanessa is also an Accredited TASK Tutor, bringing the gold standard of Kinesiology education directly to you.

Foundation Course Dates
Level 1: Saturday 28th February and Sunday 1st March 2026
Level 2: Saturday 21st March and Sunday 22nd March 2026
Level 3: Saturday 25th April and Sunday 26th April 2026
Level 4: Saturday 16th May and Sunday 17th May 2026
Level 5: Saturday 6th June and Sunday 7th June 2026

Start time: 9.30 am – Finish: 5.00 pm
Location: Health’s Angels, Bexley Village, Kent (South-East London borders) 5 mins walk from Bexley Train station and easily accessible from the A2 and M25
Course options
Total cost: £1,490 (inc. VAT)
Deposit: £500 on enrolment (non-refundable & non-transferable)
Remaining balance can be paid:
- in full, or
- in instalments of no less than £165 per level

Your first step into the world of Systematic Kinesiology
The Foundation Course is perfect for anyone who wants to experience the benefits of Kinesiology — for themselves, their friends and family, or to integrate into an existing therapy practice.
What the Course Includes
Training is delivered over 6 weekends (a total of 90 hours) and blends clear explanation, live demonstrations and plenty of guided hands-on practice.
You will receive:
- 1 x Newly Updated Foundation textbook
- 2 x Nutritional Testing Kits
- 1 x Laser Pen
- 1 x Body Magnet
- Complimentary access to the Systematic Kinesiology Online Community (for 6 months)

What you will learn
Across the six levels you will learn:
- 42 muscle tests
- 60+ safe, powerful and reproducible techniques
- How each test and technique relates to common structural, nutritional, emotional and energetic imbalances
- How to correct these imbalances confidently using the MCPE model (Mental/Emotional, Chemical/Nutritional, Physical/Structural, Energetical)
These tools can be used immediately in daily life — no long clinical training required before you start making a real difference.

Course Materials & Accreditation
The course is delivered using specially written TASK textbooks and manuals, designed to make learning simple, enjoyable and clinically relevant. All techniques taught are clinically tested and reproducible.

Certification & Next Steps
If you are already qualified in another health modality, this certificate enables you to obtain insurance and begin practising Systematic Kinesiology professionally.
It also gives you eligibility to apply for the TASK Practitioner Course, where you will learn over 200 advanced tools and corrections — allowing you to become a fully qualified, registered Systematic Kinesiologist and charge a professional fee.
All TASK training has been continuously refined, upgraded and enhanced for over 30 years, ensuring the highest standards of education and clinical practice.
