'I didn't think I could go without tea, coffee or wine for the two weeks, but once on the programme I found I didn't even want any! I had no cravings or hunger pangs. Just be organised and once you get into it it's so easy. Have lost 10lbs already and have 2 days to go and I only do a half course! Thrilled with my stomach scan too! Excellent treatment! I was looking for a programme to kick-start my weight loss after having my "baby weight" around for too long. I lost over a stone and 25 1/2 inches in 1 month.The best thing though is i feel so great, obviously the weight loss helps, but my skin, my digestion and my energy are all amazing.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone! Thanks to Vanessa, Emma and all the girls who made it enjoyable at the same time.

'Where do I begin? I came on this programme after seeing a friend achieve fantastic results but was very cynical. On my first treatment I was feeling fat, fed-up and tearful as well as oput of control. Everyone has been so supportive and kind. I finally have my life back- I have lost 14lbs (1 stone) and 22.5 inches! However before I started the all I was only interested in the weight loss however the emotional change has been remarkable- I am happier, sleep better and my mood swings are no longer (for which my husband is grateful!!!!) and I don't feel so fretful and anxious.

All this has been an incredible experience for which I thank you all and it has been a pleasure to meet all the angels!!
