Excellent treatment! I was looking for a programme to kick-start my weight loss after having my "baby weight" around for too long. I lost over a stone and 25 1/2 inches in 1 month.The best thing though is i feel so great, obviously the weight loss helps, but my skin, my digestion and my energy are all amazing.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone! Thanks to Vanessa, Emma and all the girls who made it enjoyable at the same time.
