Sorry to moan after such an intensive treatment..............but I am going to really miss my sessions and chats with all the girls who have been brilliant motivators!! :)

I started this treatment very excited and very keen with an incredibly sceptical husband (How much ???) - and after week 1 and 6lbs and 8 1/2 inches lighter even he was starting to think there must be something to this programme.

Now my last session  I am 16 lbs and 25 1/2 inches lighter. I have now had to start selling my clothes as they now just look awful on me so what a great excuse to go shopping !!......

My husband is amazed at the transformation in me in many different ways! I am  sleeping soundly again, something I have not done in ages, my skin  is fantastic, I am more aware  of what I eat too.

I wholeheartedly reccommend this programme . IT'S SAFE, HEALTHY and makes you feel ALIVE . Love Amber, West KIngsdown
