Frustrated Dieter!

I came along as a frustrated dieter after putting on weight post children. Bad eating habits has escalated with time flying by. Fabulous results! 15lb lost and 20.5 inches in 4 weeks! My confidence restored and motivated to keep up the healthy eating. Vanessa and Emma always encouraging which was half the magic!

I have finally dropped a dress size!

What a fantastic journey! The inch loss (16 inches) has been amazing and dropping a dress size is the icing on the cake. For me it hasn't been easy but I am so glad I have done it. I feel healthier and will definately continue to eat the fruit and lashing of vegetables! My thanks go to Vanessa and ALL the Angels I have seen. I think the emotional support I received has far outweighed anything. Thanks Again x

Results of unique weight loss programme

'Where do I begin? I came on this programme after seeing a friend achieve fantastic results but was very cynical. On my first treatment I was feeling fat, fed-up and tearful as well as oput of control. Everyone has been so supportive and kind. I finally have my life back- I have lost 14lbs (1 stone) and 22.5 inches! However before I started the all I was only interested in the weight loss however the emotional change has been remarkable- I am happier, sleep better and my mood swings are no longer (for which my husband is grateful!!!!) and I don't feel so fretful and anxious.

All this has been an incredible experience for which I thank you all and it has been a pleasure to meet all the angels!!

Weight loss updates

 I lost 16lb and 25 1/2 inches in 4 weeks. WOW!! I feel so much better and will continue with alot of the eating plan. Thank you so much Annette and Vanessa. Paula, Erith  1/2/08

KINESIOLOGY Treatment

I have suffered from bloating, fatigue, lethargy and a general feeling of not being ‘well’ and read in one of the Healths’s Angels brochure’s about Kinesiology.

I was intrigued with what Kinesiology actually is and whether I was sensitive to certain foods or lacking in vitamins so I booked in an hours session with Vanessa to reveal why I have had these health problems for so long.

After putting light pressure against a number of my limbs (testing my muscles not for strength but for energy) she found that my thyroid and pineal gland were not balanced and needed a number of different nutrients. I was also low on minerals and severely dehydrated. Certain points were incredibly sore which she rubbed until they eased (apparently these are my lymphatic points!!) and due to emotional difficulties in my life at the time (weddings / family etc) there were flower essences and fish oils that also aided me in being more balanced.

After a number of different techniques using my jaw, legs, points on my forehead and general emotional clearance I was given a number of different supplements to use including omega oils,  kelp, bach flowers and Zinc and B6.

I was also given alternative diet options and it was strongly suggested that I eliminate certain foods including wheat and eggs for 4 weeks.

Within a month I can honestly say that my energy and emotional levels have soared and I feel a huge difference in my body after eating and in the afternoons when I was at my worst and have no doubt that Kinesiology and its findings has been the source of my improved wellness and quality of life and look very much forward to my next session .Thank you Vanessa ‘
