With over 31 years of holistic health experience between us and having helped so many of our successful clients achieve their goals they are experienced to help tackle you through your journey of wellness as well as coach and encourage you. Our support is unmatched and between us all we have a wealth of knowledge and experience from the health, fitness, nutrition, holistic and sports market place.

Founder, Vanessa Spiers created Health’s Angels several years back having enjoyed a 20 year career in consumer and business to business publishing.
Twelve of those years was as Business Manager of  top selling fitness, health and nutrition magazine ‘Health and Fitness’  where Vanessa discovered a complimentary therapy that transformed her health and her pathway in life.

Vanessa had endured many years of abdominal discomfort due to IBS and food intolerances so when she was invited to write a review on  a revolutionary new lymphatic drainage system, she embraced the opportunity both with excitement and cynicism.

The results in just ONE month transformed her life! Not only did she lose 27 inches from her body and 15 lbs, her whole attitude to food had changed.
Her energy levels and vibrancy took a new dimension and the most outstanding outcome was how she was finally free of abdominal pain . No more bloating and embarrassing discomfort.

Within months of finishing the course she had invested in a Rejuvadetox machine and began her studies and training  into holistic Swedish and lymphatic massage, anatomy and physiology, Reiki, nutrition, Bach flower remedies, Aquadetox  and Kinesiology.

Vanessa is registered with the Association of Systematic Kinesiology and is a member of the Wellbeing Network.
